I deliver quality with quick turnaround, professional communication, and a collaborative spirit. Produced by industry professionals including Tim Davis, my work meets the highest industry standards. Carolyn is available for studio session work, worship leading, and live events. With 30 years in the music industry, I bring both professional excellence and a heart for meaningful collaboration to every project. From lead vocals and harmonies to vocal ensembles and choirs (as contractor, director and participant), I’ve worked across studio recordings, film, worship sets, and special events.

FOUNDATIONS
A Songwriting Cohort for Serious Writers
Ready to get those voice memos, lyric scraps, and melody ideas into actual songs?
You have ideas. You have melodies in your head, lyrics in your notes app, voice memos you keep meaning to do something with. Foundations is where all of that finally becomes something real.
This is a small, intimate cohort for singers, songwriters, and lyricists who are serious about the craft and beginners who want to learn it right, and experienced writers who want to go deeper. Each session we cover a concept, then you go write. You bring it back. We dig in together. By the end of the semester you'll walk away with completed songs ready for pre-production and recording.
What we cover:
The science and art of songwriting
How to write every section of a song — verse, chorus, bridge, pre-chorus and more
Lyric writing — structure, voice, and making words land
Melody writing
Identifying your strengths and weaknesses as a songwriter
Co-writing — how it works and how to do it well
Pre-production and recording — what comes next and how to get there
Format: Virtual via Zoom, small group, safe and encouraging environment.
When: This next semester will start August 25th and we will meet a couple Tuesday evenings each month for 12 weeks total. If you are unable to meet a couple meetings due to prior obligations let me know and we can make accomdations.
Investment: $495 pay in full (savings of $53) or $110 per month during the semester.
Spots are limited. Once the cohort is full enrollment closes. After payment is received you will receive a welcome email with all the details to be fully prepared for the semester.

Show up to the first session. Come as you are, no preparation required beyond bringing your ideas and an open heart
Write between sessions - The real growth happens in the time between our meetings when you apply what you've learned.
